6 Months Left for China Wu Yi as the KSh. 2 Billion Langata Road Takes Shape

The Ksh. 2 Billion Upgrading of Langata Road which was awarded to China Wu Yi is well on track despite the hot political time up ahead as the country prepares for a general elections in March next year.

With just over 6 more months to the deadline of the project, Langata Road unlike Thika Road might just beat the May 2013 deadline. Work is on schedule despite normal traffic problems that seem to plague all road projects in the country.

At Bomas, where there is expected to be an interchange similar to Pangani, Thika Road, underpasses are slowly taking shape. The area is well below the ground surface so motorists are urged to approach the area with caution. Curious pedestrians too.
