Construction of the ICPAK Thika Road Project Steadily Approaches the Third Floor

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) Project along Thika Road at Ruaraka, is now in its 3rd Floor despite the heavy rains pounding the area.

Construction works at the Ksh. 1.3 billion 11-Storrey project along Thika Road is on a steady pace as they arrive on second floor. Due to the rainy conditions facing the city, the workers have not been deterred and have continued working.

The design has adopted a harmonious integration of the proposed development with the existing structures and the surrounding environment, enhanced by a sensual landscape. It has also incorporated modern concepts with a rich architectural language to foster ICPAK image. The interior spaces will be flexible and pleasant with modern services incorporated to spur creativity and productivity of the user.

The structure is now covered with a green net to check on falling debris, a sign that its growing in height. Steel bracing have also been added to support the working planes and provide access to the top.
