The Standard Gauge Railway Section 7 site is located at Emali, 3-hours from the capital, Nairobi. At this site casting of T-Beams and Railway sleepers are among the major tasks being undertaken here. Movement of these structures will be done by railway lines which are currently being built at the site. Currently 3 lines are under construction with a fourth slated for next month.

A new line for the T-Beams hidden away near the beams storage area is also under construction. Alot of attention has been devoted to ensure that these lines are completed on time to allow smooth movement of materials across the site. Sleeper production and T-Beam casting processed are still underway.
